This service is particularly suited to organisations developing new provision, adapting existing programmes, or responding to local authority, commissioner or community-identified need. Service design is grounded in an understanding of neurodiversity, executive functioning and real-world delivery constraints.

  • Executive functioning-aware structure, pacing and expectations

Neurodiversity-Informed Staff Training and Development

We deliver tailored training and professional development that supports staff teams to understand, recognise and nurture neurodivergent strengths, with a particular focus on executive functioning.

Training equips staff to move beyond behaviour-led responses, developing practical strategies that support attention, regulation, planning, flexibility and engagement - whilst within the realities of their setting.

  • Understanding neurodiversity through an executive functioning lens

  • Supporting regulation, attention and engagement

  • Structuring activities to reduce cognitive overload

  • Communication strategies that support participation and confidence
